These terms apply to enquiries and orders with BRODIE BAKES LTD, trading as Brodie Bakes.

Enquiries and orders

Submitting an enquiry does not create a contract. An order is formed only when Brodie confirms the design, price, date and arrangements with you.

Designs and images

Images and the online cake designer are illustrative. Handmade cakes vary naturally; final designs may differ slightly from previews or inspiration photos.

Prices and payment

Prices are quoted individually. Payment and any deposit terms are confirmed with your order.

Allergens

You must tell us about any allergies before ordering. See Ingredients & Allergens.

Cancellations

As products are made to order, cancellation and refund terms are agreed when your order is confirmed. Your statutory rights are not affected.

Delivery and collection

Arrangements are agreed individually. Once a cake has been delivered or collected, it is your responsibility to store and transport it carefully.
